Public Speaking Success!

A big well done to Emily  and Liam, both S3, who won their heat of the Crown Office Procurator Fiscal Public Speaking competition.

They were up against a team from Glennifer High School and gave a very strong presentation on the subject, "Does ageism only affect the old?"

Both speakers for great feedback from the judges with the presiding judge saying that Liam was so persuasive she could see herself voting for him. 

Thanks also to Chloe S4 who was time keeper and hostess for the evening.

We will compete in the semi final in the new year.
