A fantastic event run by our brilliant S6 students. From our piper, to the champions league music, it all led to a magical afternoon where the staff scraped a narrow 4-3 victory. Well done to all involved, including our superb supporters.

The Exchange
Our Service At The Exchange we are dedicated to the psychological wellbeing of children, young people, and families... We love to see them thrive. Our experienced team have supported many children, young people, and families to find what they need to be happy and resilient. Our work with schools has allowed us to develop our framework over 18 years. We help schools and families to develop the skills they need to support one another and improve the overall resilience and psychological wellbeing of the family. Parents or Guardians of Primary-school children can complete a referral on our website for them, young people in secondary schools are able to complete a self-referral. You can do this at www.exchange-counselling.co.uk
Resources Exchange Resource is our Training division, we offer training and development opportunities and resources including our Free Resource Library: Exchange Resource (exchange-resource.net) . We have developed lots of helpful resources for parents, children, and young people. And they're free!
D-EXY/Online Booking D-EXY is the place for young people to get help with mental health or build mental strength. Whatever your mental health needs, we've got you. But D-EXY isn't just there for when you are struggling. We are here to help you build your mental fitness. Check out the Calm Den for mindfulness, meditation, and everything you need to chill out or take a mental health pit stop and use the questionnaires to check your mental strength. We are looking to launch the new online booking portal on D-EXY (our digital wellbeing platform) after the October break. This will allow young people to book their first wellbeing assessment online after completing a referral. Continue to having online counselling sessions is an option too if the young person prefers that. D-EXY is also available as an App on the Google Play & Apple App Stores. We are delighted to have been recognised by the Mental Health & Wellbeing Awards for our innovative platform – make sure to check it out! www.d-exy.com
