A new youth health and wellbeing service is being launched by @RenfrewshireHSCP. Young people aged 12-17 or S1-S6 can drop-in and speak to health professionals about anything from emotional health and wellbeing, mental health concerns, drugs and alcohol, healthy eating, sexual health and menstrual cycles. There will also be free condoms and menstrual products available.
“Well done to our new S1/2 Girls Football team who were competing at the Renfrewshire Girls Football League at Renfrew Leisure Centre on Wednesday. Great effort and attitude shown by all the girls who took part and looking forward to the next one in October. Thank you to our former pupil Adam Holley for coaching the girls on the day”.
Juna N Joey visited Linwood High School on a nationwide tour. Our pupils were treated to a brilliant performance from the country duo as they discussed the importance of mental health and positive relationships with our young people.
